RESERVATION Terms and Conditions

Pets can not be left alone in the accommodation
Minimum stay 3 nights. For stays under 3 nights will be calculated 20% more on the invoice. The minimum stay during high season ( from 15.07-15.09 ) and NEW YEAR is 7 nights.
The prices included: bed linen, electricity, cleaning*, internet-wifi, parking and use of 2 mountain bikes.
Reservations will be confirmed with 30% advance deposit or full payment of the rental charge. Attention! until then, reservation period will be free for the others interested.
The payment of the remaining balance must be made within four weeks before your arrival.For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the customer must pay the full amount of reservation.
Children under +10 years old and Pets can not be left alone in the accommodation

Cancellation

up to 8 weeks before your arrival you will receive 100% of your deposit
up to 4 weeks before your arrival,the deposit is not refundable but you will get a bonus to change your holidays dates,this bonus is valid for 2 years (this bonus can be used for family members or friends )
after 4 weeks you have to pay the difference of the total cost and from this date we don't return the payment back, but we can try to sell your termin and you will get back the amount of all days we can resell.
