Term and Conditions
The term and conditions is our obligations to you, your obligations to us, and a document to avoid unlikely event.For any disputes, we will use this document as a basis for any resolution. Please read the document carefully before confirming your booking and ensure that it conforms to your understanding of what you expect from the holiday accommodations.
Our responsability to every guests:
1. We will provide a clean and good maintained house (Cottage or Chalet) suitable for the maximum capacity of the property.We will provided:
· Bed linen and towels.
· Kitchen items supplied will be good quality, and be serviceable.
· All electrical items will be in safe working order.
· The property will be well stocked with sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking appliances in good condition.
· Any additional items advertised on our website will be available
2. We will not be liable to the You for any loss, damage or injury caused by defect or stoppage in the supply of public services, or for any temporary defect in the property including heating, telephone, television, radio and internet services or any loss, damage or injury caused by circumstances beyond the control of the owner including adverse weather conditions.
3. The property will be available for occupation from 3pm (15h) on the day of your star booking until 10.00 am (10h) day of your departure.
4. We will provide stocks of washing up liquid in the kitchen as well as soap and hairdryer and toilet paper for normal usage in all bathrooms.
5. Bed linen will be changed once per week.
6. At any time prior to the commencement of the rental, we will respond to any question You may have.

Your Responsibility
·You will pay Us the agreed rental fee as follows:·30% of the total rental fee is payable upon booking.The booking cannot be considered accepted until this is received by Us.We expect that deposit will be paid in maximum 3 working days.
·For bookings starting within 4 weeks, the full amount has to be paid.
·The use of bicycles is at risk of user and all claims against to Pr Klemuc or Staff arising from this free service are forfeited.
·We expect that the house rules have to be respected.

HOUSE RULES FOR PETS: (We accept max. 2 dogs)
- Dogs are strictly not allowed on any of the beds (even with dog covers/blankets used). If you want your dog(s) to sleep in the bedroom with you, please ensure that they sleep on the floor, and ensure that you bring your own dog bedding.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture being thoughtful that the next guests may not have dogs.
- Never leave your dog(s) unsupervised or alone in the property (inside the Chalet or Cottage) for any period of time.
- Chalet has not direct garden but you can use the meadow at the other side of the fish pond. (The garden in front the Cottage is for the guests who staying in Cottage)
- Your dog(s) must be clean before entering the Chalet or Cottage. If they are wet and muddy,please keep the dog(s) outside (terrace/balcony) area until they are clean and dry.We do not provide any towels/clothes for dogs, so please ensure that you bring the necessary things with you and don't use the guest's towels.
- Please clean up after your dog(s) (inside the Chalet or Cottage and around the garden/meadow). Please bag and bin all ‘dog mess’, as other guests may not be visiting with dogs and often have children.
- You must ensure that your dog(s) is/are free from parasites/fleas before occupying the Chalet or Cottage.
- Please, DO NOT USE the dishes or other kitchen utensils, we have for guests for your dog.
- Dogs are welcome only in Chalet or Cottage
- You must declare that you come with a dog during your reservation process.
We apologise if this sounds harsh to your 4 legged friends but we pride ourselves on the quality and clean of the property, so that all guests (with or without dogs) can equally enjoy staying in Chalet Pr Klemuc and Cottage Pr Klemuc

Cancellation
- The deposit is non-refundable.But you can change your holiday termin.
- For cancellations received less than four weeks before the start of the Rental Period all monies will normally be forfeited. However, We will make best efforts to re-let the Rental Period and any monies received by Us for rentals for this period will be used to make repayment to You.
- Repayments may be reduced by any out of pocket expenses incurred by Us in finding alternative guests, and will include any additional advertising costs, any late booking discount and any reduction in rentals paid for a shorter booking during this period.Repayments may be reduced by € 30.00 per booking to cover our administration,and to cover reimbursement expenses and re-marketing costs.
- If for any reason the booking is cancelled by Us, all money paid by You to Us including the deposit will be refunded to You immediately.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- COVID -19 Free cancellation is possible only in case, if Slovenia is at the date of your arrival, COVID not safe country.You will have the possibility to change your date.
- We recommend that you take out insurance to protect you against any losses. Please remember bad weather, sickness and any number of other circumstances could necessitate your failing to take your holiday and we cannot refund any monies other than as specified in clause 2 above.
You are strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance
including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.
